Summary: This study compared techniques for measuring human joint angles from video in forensic injury biomechanics. Using four cameras and eight static postures, joint angles measured by reverse projection and model-based image matching were compared to goniometer data. Results showed that multi-camera setups and single in-plane camera views provided the most accurate measurements. No significant accuracy difference was found between the two analysis techniques.
